4 medium carrots
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons maple syrup, mint or thyme, (optional)
Wash and scrape carrots. Cook in boiling salted water until tender. Drain. Cut in slices. Melt butter. Add sugar. Add carrots. Cook until slightly browned and glazed. Add a teaspoon of chopped fresh mint leaves or thyme to the butter and sugar mixture, if desired.
mayonnaise, butter, cheese, sauerkraut, etc
Toast the sourdough buns, spread with butter or mayo, add a generous helping of fresh sprouts, some aged cheddar and enjoy!

Assorted seasonal veggies & mushrooms
back fat, olive oil, or coconut oil for frying
Heat your wok, and add some lard. Add chopped veg to the wok, and keep it all moving until gently cooked. Top with fresh sprouts and enjoy!
