Hello, my name is Celine Tremblay. I raise cows and pigs at Lac Blue Sea, a nice village situated one hundred kilometres north of Ottawa. I come to the market every two weeks to sell organic meat. For those who want to order in advance, just contact me. I bring a variety of products at the market each time I go (ground, stewing,...). But, the ones who reserve their meat have more chance to have what they really want. Have a nice day.

Mushrooms from Champignons Le Coprin, Farrelton, Québec.
The meat is vacuum packed and usually frozen. Sometimes, I have fresh meat. I have a variety of products: ground, stewing, steaks, chops, roasts, stir fry,... I also sell whole or half veal or pig. The chickens are whole chickens and pieces like breast and legs.
I am at the market every other week. My next trip to the market will be on May 18th. |
